Our location is key. Maplewood Manor is located in beautiful Elbow Lake, MN. This hidden gem offers wonderful and entertaining amenities. Here are just a few of the local features that are nearby.
- Prairie Ridge continues to change in order to meet the needs of the communities we serve. In May of 2014, Prairie Ridge Hospital and Health Services in Elbow Lake moved into a new facility. This move has allowed Prairie Ridge to better serve the healthcare need of the community with a higher level of safety and privacy, state-of-the-art technology, and new services. In March of 2017 Prairie Ridge opened a new satellite clinic in Herman, bringing the number of our locations to six. We are excited for the future and continue to seek ways to service our communities.
- Established in 1979, Prairie Wind Players produces, promotes, and presents cultural arts programs. With opportunities for artistic self expression, exposure to a variety of theatre and performing arts, Prairie Wind Players strives to contribute to the cultural enrichment of several west central Minnesota communities.
- The mission of the public library shall be to by the best of our ability and within reasonable means, meet the educational, informational, recreational, and cultural needs of people of all ages, and diversities through a wide range of materials and services in varying formats. The library will do this in cooperation with and assistance from the Viking Library Regional System and Northern Lights Library Network Multi-type.
- Tipsinah is centrally located between Fergus Falls and Alexandria Minnesota, just a 5 minute drive off I-94. Featuring large bent grass greens as well as wide, well manicure fairways. We are an 18 holes course with enough yardage options to make it an enjoyable experience for the beginner as well as a challenge for the serious golfer.
